01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related jjl16 policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy:

"Platform"	The jjl16 website (jjl16.net), mobile applications, and all associated gaming services operated under the jjl16 brand.
"Player" / "User"	Any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is accessing jjl16 services.
"Account"	A registered user account created by a Player on the jjl16 Platform, used to access games and financial transactions.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any monetary stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome available on the jjl16 Platform.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or non-cash incentive offered by jjl16 to Players, subject to specific terms.
"PAGCOR"	The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-mandated regulatory body overseeing lawful gaming in the Philippines.
"Restricted Territory"	Any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — identity and address verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the jjl16 Platform — whether as a registered Player or an unregistered visitor — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to jjl16's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the Platform, including account registration, game participation, financial transactions, bonus redemption, customer support interactions, and participation in any jjl16 promotional activity. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activity on the jjl16 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by jjl16. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification and applicable anti-money laundering review.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The jjl16 Platform is primarily designed for and marketed to players residing in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful; (b) you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory; and (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on jjl16, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information at all times. jjl16 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or any PAGCOR-acceptable government-issued identification.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the jjl16 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to circumvent bonus restrictions, account suspensions, or other limitations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjl16 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jjl16 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to notify jjl16 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.2 KYC Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR requirements, jjl16 is obligated to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC verification requests and to provide documentary evidence when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functionality until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Dormancy

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jjl16 will attempt to notify you via your registered email address prior to implementing any dormancy fee or account closure procedures. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjl16 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine Peso (₱) transactions: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available methods and processing times may vary and are subject to the terms of the respective payment service providers.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the jjl16 cashier page and may vary by payment method. jjl16 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may impose its own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your jjl16 account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. jjl16 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the transaction pattern triggers compliance review procedures. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the jjl16 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. Where a Player uses a cryptocurrency payment method such as USDT, conversion to Philippine Peso will be applied at the rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jjl16 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all jjl16 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available to all accounts.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jjl16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jjl16 Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, Hi-Lo, and Double Fortune — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jjl16 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for applicable games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. Live dealer games are conducted by trained, licensed dealers operating from regulated studio environments. jjl16 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game data.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjl16 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or other activity that compromises the integrity of games or sporting events.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions without first raising a formal dispute through jjl16's customer support process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jjl16 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited.

09 Responsible Gaming

jjl16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law. Online gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of income or financial relief. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team and take effect promptly.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jjl16 content without prior written consent from jjl16. Any unauthorised use of jjl16 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjl16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

jjl16 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or security breach. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Where statutory consumer protection laws in the Philippines impose non-excludable warranties, jjl16's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall jjl16's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jjl16 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's data governance requirements. Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, and improve the Platform experience.

Full details of how jjl16 handles your personal information, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in the jjl16 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

13 Termination

jjl16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) jjl16 is required to do so by a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority; (c) jjl16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; or (d) jjl16 ceases to operate the Platform in a given jurisdiction.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jjl16 customer support. Upon account closure, any verified balance in your account (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any amounts subject to compliance review) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jjl16's right to escalate regulatory complaints through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

Players are encouraged to first contact jjl16 customer support to resolve any disputes informally before initiating formal legal or regulatory proceedings. jjl16 is committed to addressing Player complaints fairly, promptly, and in good faith.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jjl16 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — particularly where it affects Player rights, bonus conditions, or financial terms — jjl16 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the jjl16 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
